KinesiApp

See how your knees move in every jump

Record a jump or a squat from the side. KinesiApp tracks your joints frame by frame and shows angles, repetitions and knee injury risk, with an assistant that explains every number.

Countermovement jump: each silhouette is a phase and the curve is the path of the center of gravity.

From video to reading in three steps

  1. 1

    Choose the movement

Vertical jump or squat: each one is analyzed with its own phases and thresholds.

  2. 2

    Record from the side

A fixed camera, about three meters away at hip height. Short videos: each movement's guide states the limit.

  3. 3

    Read your movement

Angles, repetitions and risk on one screen, plus a chat that answers your questions about the result.

What it measures

Each signal has its own color, the same on the skeleton, the charts and the gauges.

Knee flexion
How much the knee bends in each repetition and whether it reaches the target zone.
Trunk lean
How far the trunk leans forward: compensating with the back loads the knee more.
Center of gravity
Its path shows whether you go down and up in line or drift.
Injury risk
A low, moderate or high estimate based on the pattern of every repetition.

Before you record

A short guide per movement: where to place the camera and how to perform it so the measurement is reliable. And how we protect your video.
